Background to our space

Future Foundations, an award winning youth training organisation set up a co-working space on the second floor of the Devas Youth Club in Clapham Junction in 2017, since then we have managed the space.

We share our space with a collection of forward-thinking organisations seeking to achieve positive social change.

We believe we are better when we work together.

If you or your organisation would benefit from having access to a flexible and unique working space shared with organisations who have purpose at their heart get in touch.

Our rent goes towards paying for the Devas Youth Club facilities and their after school club for local young people. This means you benefit from amazing space, community and can make a difference by contributing to this wonderful charity, established in 1884 by Oxford Graduates!

We have affordable space for at least 1 SME/VSO organisation and desk space for a number of individuals and smaller organisations.

Our co-working space on the second floor of the Devas Club is shared by 3 organisations who have access to the following facilities:

18 desks split across 3 co-working spaces
2 private offices suitable for 3-4 people
2 bookable meeting rooms (included in desk rent)
Fully equipped kitchen
2 toilets and a shower
Strong WiFi which is cabled and boosted in all rooms
Secure onsite storage for laptops
Box storage
IT support for your organisation (additional cost with our IT contractor)

We have access to wider facilities in the building at additional cost:

Community meals - monthly Friday meal cooked by Deaba - a local chef from Ghana
Community events - we have held monthly events including drinks and meals together
Rooftop basketball court
Dance studio
Table tennis, pool table and table football
2 large training rooms (shortly being refurbished)
A large hall
Recording studio
On-site gym (currently not available)
Outdoor terrace with BBQ
Commercial kitchen on ground floor
